Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
TPP Reply: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
TPP Reply:Samples need 7-10 days, mass production delivery in 30-40 days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
TPP Reply: Yes, depending on specific models. 

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
TPP Reply: By DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT are available for delivering samples. If for normal big orders, sea shipping is the alternative.

Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
TPP Reply: Sound communication is first and foremost before sample orders, then proceeding samples for checking and confirmation , finally to give us the official orders with delivery and payment terms in details.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
TPP Reply: Yes. It is sure that logos of customers can be printed.

TPP Reply: Yes, From 2 to 5 years warranty can be carried out accordingly.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
TPP Reply: Initially, Defective rate of our products less than 0.2% thanks to our rigid quality control system, when quality problems happening, there are a couple of solutions available, replacement with new ones shipped with the next orders or some key new parts taking over the broken ones to be delivered through couriers for urgent when necessary. If the workers of customers could give a hand to repair the defectives, we shall bear those costs correspondingly.
