A:Usually MOQ is 50m, but we also accept small order for trail.

Q3:How long of the lead time?  
A: Usually,our lead time is 7-10 working days.It depends on the order quantity.But if the order is urgent, we can apply for urgent production.Bulk ordering takes 20-25 days.

Q4:Can LED strip be customized?
A:Sure,we can produce as your requirement such as LEDs,power,length and waterproof level.We also offer OEM&ODM.

A:We have 3 years and 5 years warranty
Q6:Do you supply sea shipment?
A: YES,We have our own shipping agency FOB Guangzhou,supply FCL&LCL.

Q7:Does your lighting equipment have CE or more certificates?
A: Yes, we have CE certificate and UL, ROHS, CULUS,ETL,TUV,FCC,Energy star etc. We also have an IATF/ISO/TS 16949 certificate.

Q8:Is it possible to put our logo on your product or product packaging?
A:Yes, we have 6floors factory, welcome to customize your brand, LOGO, color, product manual, packaging, etc.
The minimum order quantity depends on different type of strip.
